He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Isaac Adkins and Betty Ann McKinney; and his brother Steven Lee Adkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Melissa L. Burd (Chad) of Idaho, Wendall J. Adkins (Carol) of Oak Hill and Jeffrey D. Adkins (Tracy) of Beaver.
