He is survived by: his wife Mary Opal Greer Osborne; his sister Margaret McCloud; and his children, Harold Osborne (Debbie), Jerry Osborne (Maryellen), Bill Osborne, Ricky Osborne (Teresa), David Osborne, Peggy Nease (Charles) and Jeannie.
