She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Francis and Ennis Francis; her husband Rufus Delaine Clark; her daughter Debra Ann Mason; her grandson Brandon S Mason; her sisters, Bobbie Jean Crouch and June'Sissy'Farren; and her nephews, Mike and Robby Crouch.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Steven Mason; her grandsons, Steven D Mason and Corey S Mason (Lindsey B. Mason) of Boyertown, PA; her great grandchildren, Quinn D Mason (Bella Mason), Cole J Mason (Jordan Haschak), Cash W Mason and Brandon C Mason; her niece Letha Crouch; her great-nieces, Finley Crouch and Kylee Trent; and her great-nephew Dylan Trent.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Doug and Lucy Bowers Hospice House in Beckley, West Virginia; or to the Clear Fork Valley Baptist Church, PO Box 159, Oceana, WV 24870 in Phyllis' loving memory.
