She is survived by: her children, Leonard Clay II (Kathryn) of Palm Coast, FL, Angela Clay of Beckley and Leah-Ann Clay Schmid (Robert) of Shady Spring; her grandchildren, Aaron, Lacie, Robert, Caleb and Abigail; her great grandchild Aidan; and her brothers, Larry Farley (Patty) of Beckley and Thomas Farley (Leslie) of Crab Orchard.
