It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Eugene Blevins (Beckley, West Virginia), born in Helen, West Virginia, who passed away on July 1, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louie Laverne and Thelma Blevins (Perkins); his wife Martha Blevins of Beckley, WV; his children, Todd Blevins (Adrian), Heather Blevins (Patrick) and Thomas Blevins; his grandchildren, Kenzie Wheeler (Michael) and Hayes Taylor; his great grandchildren, Haiden Blevins and Josie Snead; and his siblings, Carlos Perkins (Lucy), Arthur Blevins, Roger Blevins (Wilma), Michael Blevins (Linda), Ronnie Blevins (Sharon), Helen Stone and Sherry Faust (James). He was also cherished by many extended family and friends.
