As we bid Pamela Jean farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Pamela Jean is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Elwood and Mary Catherine Toms. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Smith; her son Toney Tyler Jr. of Sullivan Road; her granddaughter Iris Jean Tyler; and her sister Penny Whetzel (Steve) of Maryland.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
