Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Manuel leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parent Onorina Seijo; and his siblings, Lewis Seijo, Josephine Costanzo and Rose Seijo. He is survived by: his wife Pam Darby Seijo; his children, Tyler Seijo of South Charleston, WV and Lindsey Boothe (Nick) of Beaver, WV; and his grandchildren, Millie, Marra and Mace Boothe of Beaver.
