She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Moore and Lucille Moore; her husband James E. Cooper; and her siblings, Sondra Lucht and Jack Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Cooper (Kelly) of Statesville, NC and Cheryl Osborne (Jeff) of Beckley, WV; her grandchildren, Ryne Cooper (Ashley) of Statesville, NC, Jacob Cooper (Alexandria Argenti-Gibb) of Mentor, Jessica Broyles (Beau) of South Charleston, WV and Brent Osborne of Flat Top, WV; her great grandchildren, Ryder Cooper and Gracelynn Cooper of Statesville, NC; her niece Karen Kutchera Midgett of Washington, NC; her sister Helen Bean of Elkview, WV.; and her sister-in-law Patricia Hall Moore of Frametown, WV..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Melton Mortuary Chapel (1200 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
