He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Lucille Jarrells Ayers; his sons, Lloyd Gene Ayers II (Michelle) and Mark Shelor Ayers (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Ashley Brooke Ayers Acord (Corey), Kyle Shelor Ayers (Taylor), Madison Grace Ayers and Bryar Gene Ayers; and his stepgrandchildren, Taylor Miles, Chloe Bills and Caity Bills.
