He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Clifford Parker; his wife Heather Ball Parker; his children, Brenton Lilly, Carter Parker and Abigail Parker; his mother Debra Scarbro; his brother Jon Parker; and his grandparents, Delbert, Doris Patton, Eugene and Josephine Parker.

In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
