It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Harvey of Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on June 16, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Lilly and Beulah Lilly of Beckley, WV.; her son Mitchell Harvey; her husband Herman H. Harvey IV (Buddy); and her close friend Louella Parsons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel Adkins (Allen) and Janna Willis (Richard); her grandson Brixton Willis; her siblings, Bonnie Sweeney and Danny Lilly of Beckley, WV.; and her close friends, Donna Mullins, Robin Acord, Carolyn Cheese, Diane Loggins, Melissa Kincaid and Nancy Almond. She is also survived by her family and friends.
