Joyce Smith Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joyce Smith of Beckley, West Virginia, born in Lagrange, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robie Wallace and Virginia Shrewsberry Wallace; and her husband Ralph Smith. She is survived by: her sons, Shannon Blosser (Abigail) of Wheeling, Brandon Blosser (Amanda) of Bolt and Rusty Blosser (Ginger) of Beckley; her grandchildren, Noah, Thaddeus, Kady, Maddie, Matt, Chris, Cassie, Jessica and Katie; and her brother Thomas Wallace (Josie) of Clarksville, TN.. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Beckley Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Brick Church Cemetery.
