She was predeceased by: her parents, Giles Kelly and Virgie Lou McKinney of Basin, WV.; her husband Paul Eugene Lynch; her son Kelly Sean Lynch of Beckley; and her siblings, Shirley, Wilbur, Russell, Elmet, Doris, Garnet, Hester and Haley.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Mitchem (Colin), Cheryl Thomas (Harvey Arnold) and Jeff Thomas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, lifelong friends, teammates, neighbors and furbabies.
In lieu of flowers, Joyce would prefer you plant a garden, join a local league or adopt a stray pet in her honor.
