He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Hall and Elizabeth Hall; his brothers, Richard Hall (CA) and Robert Hall (SC); and his children, Rose Marie Hall (NJ) and Joseph F. Hall, Jr. (MD).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his siblings, Mary Hall Nettleton (NJ), Jo Anne Hall Lentz (SC), Michael Hall (PA) and Patrick Hall (NJ); and his children, Lisa Hall Mann (NJ), Michael P Hall (WV) and Heather Hall Brophy (NJ). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
