We are sad to announce that on October 24, 2024, at the age of 83, Joseph Thomas Elmore of Beckley, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Andy Elmore and Hattie Frances Permelia; and his siblings, Clyde Andy, John, Fred, Betty Lilly, Norma Statzer and Alma Crouse.

He is survived by: his wife Loretta Mae Miller; his sisters, Nellie Davis and Phyllis Putnam; his friends, Nick, Karen Nipper and Kescle Aliff; and his caregivers, Tammy and Paula.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the New Prospect Parking Lot fund in Joe's honor.
