She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Blevins and Bessie Blevins; her significant other William Ormandy; and her children, Ray Ormandy, Linda Beaver (Berlin) and Peggy Meadows (John).
She is survived by: her sons, David Ormandy (Joyce) of Walland, TN, Bill Mark Ormandy (Nancy) of Clayton, NC, Reed Ormandy (Rebecca) of Beckley, WV and Daniel Ormandy (Michelle) of Shady Spring, WV; her sister Peggy Hoskins of Beckley, WV; her caregiver Risa Mann of Daniels, WV; her grandsons, Brian Beaver, Daniel Ormandy, Reed Ormandy, Bill Mark Ormandy, David Ormandy and William "Alex" Ormandy; and her great grandchild Baker Epling. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family asks to make donations to Bowers Hospice House, in Beckley, WV, in honor of Jean Ormandy.
