She was predeceased by: her parents, Macaria Sadsad and Inciong Tiu; and her siblings, Pacita, Marietta, Fred and Wayne.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Johnny Dy, MD; her children, Janet (Dan) of Charlotte, NC, Jason (Maria) of Beckley, WV and Jay (Ella) of Charlotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Dylan, Julianna, Jayden and Janelle.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Melton Mortuary and Cremation Center (1200 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church (620 S Oakwood Ave, Beckley, WV 25801).
