He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Everett Stover and Margie Stover; and his siblings, Ray Stover, Sharon Donell and Elaine Clark (Jim).
Visitation was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Melton Mortuary Chapel (1200 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the TBD Melton Mortuary Chapel (1200 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A burial was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at the Workman's Creek Cemetery.
