He was predeceased by: his grandfather Carl Larson; and his uncle Isaac Hess. He is survived by: his parents, Mallory Proctor and Jason Proctor; his brother Lincoln Proctor; his grandparents, Jeanne Larson and Dewitt McKinney; his aunt Kacey Hess; and his cousin Hadley Hess.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
