He was predeceased by: his father Donald Burnside; and his brother Ritchie Burnside. He is survived by: his mother Barbara "Joan" Burnside (Beardsley) of Cleveland, OH; his wife Ann Rachel Burnside (Boudeau) of Mabscott, WV; his children, William (Julianne Burnside), Mathew (Jessica Burnside), Sarah (Tyler Schaefer), John (Adrianne Nyberg) and Crystal (David Harmon); his grandchildren, Kelsea, Zane, Vierrah, Bayleigh, Forrest, Marley, Braelyn, Mila, Rune, Gunnar, Emaline and Eliyanah; and his siblings, Shannon Burnside of Cleveland, OH, Lois Miller of Beckley, WV and Sam Burnside of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by many extended family, friends.
