He is survived by: his wife Ann Hellems Kelley; his brother George Kelley Jr. (Donna) of Rittman, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Kelley of Grove City, Kelly Kelley of Meca, Arizona. and Phyllis Kelley of Meca, Arizona..
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Sprague Freewill Baptist Church (707 Johnstown Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
