He is survived by: his wife Danette Cook (Rodman); his children, Rachelle Cook and Darren Cook; his grandchildren, Ruiwen Cook and Nathaniel Cook; and his sisters, Peggy Webb and Linda "Susie" Cook.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Amazing Grace Worship Center (210 1st Ave, Beckley, WV 25801).
