He is survived by: his wife Rachel Michelle Hartshorn (Jackson); his daughters, Josie Elizabeth Jean and Emma Rachelle Hartshorn of Bolt, WV.; his siblings, Lennie Hartshorn, Pam Daniel (Bobby), Melody Worrells (Rick) and April Prunty (Jeff); his close friends, Brad, Andrea Fraley, Danny, Amanda Morris, Aaron, Gina Siwicki, Ed and Mandy Blaschke; and also Heather Hartshorn.
