She was predeceased by: her husband Elden Dale Webb; and her parents, Emmett Adkins and Violet Adkins. She is survived by: her sisters, Margie Lee Adkins, Regina Peters, Barbara Surbaugh and Gayle Bonds; her children, Elden Dale Webb II and Merylus Bongalis; her grandchildren, Jason Bongalis (Lindsay), Monica Tatum (Mason), Michael Webb, Amber Akers (RJ) and Dale Webb (Amy); her brothers, Emmett Adkins Jr. and Donald Adkins; and her friend Donna. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Melton Mortuary Chapel (1200 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at the Pineview Cemetery (21557 Coal River Rd, Orgas, WV 25148).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Doug and Lucy Bowers Hospice House in Donna's name, and memory.
