She is survived by: her parents, Kimberly Settle and Jerry Blevins Jr.; her siblings, Bodhi Blevins of Mabscott, WV and Shayla; her nephew Liam Blevins of Beckley, WV; her brother Justin (Jana) of Ipswich, MA; and her close friend Jay Ford of Mabscott, WV.. She is also survived by many friends and close cousins.
