He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tolliver and Emma Tolliver; and his brothers, William O. Tolliver and Teddy E. Tolliver. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Tammi Beckett (Phil) of Oak Ridge, TN and Kevin Tolliver (Erin) of Beckley, WV; his grandchildren, Morgan Bradley (Dylan) of Andersonville, TN, Daniel Beckett of Knoxville, TN, Hunter Tolliver (Ashton) and Chase Tolliver of Beckley, WV; his great grandchildren, Riggs and Kyler Bradley of Andersonville, TN.; his grandchildren, Jacob Sheets, Ashley Frye and Emilee Baughan; and his siblings, Rosemary Whittemore (Bennie) of Charles Town, WV, Pat Brooks (David) of Beckley, WV and Roger Tolliver (Loraine) of Crab Orchard, WV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
