He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Basham and Gladys Miller Basham; his wife Ramona Basham; his daughter Marlena Coleman; and his siblings, Jerry Basham, Billy Basham, Larry Basham, Jimmy Basham, Ricky Basham, Doris Hamm and Linda Raines.
He is survived by: his close friend Linda Siekierski; his daughter Michele Phipps Smith (Leroy); his son-in-law William Coleman; his grandchildren, Andrea Oneal (Greg), Alicia Coleman (Chris), Michael Basham and Xander Stegel; and his great grandchildren, Danny Coleman, William Hyatt, Emma Cook, Elena Bumgarner and Aurora Coleman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens (5251 Robert C Byrd Dr, Beckley, WV 25801).
