She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert, Josephine Workman, Orvis and Harriet Black. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Michael Black and Karen Workman Black of Beckley; her husband Jacob Mercer; and her pets, Denver, Josie, Mabel and Oliver.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Peace Chapel (1901 S Kanawha St, Beckley, WV 25801). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
