He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kossel and Lila Lynn Pollard Kossel; his brothers, David, Danny and Darrel Kossel; his stepbrother Kirk Britton; and his wife Adele Chapman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Hutchinson and Jenifer Whyte; his sister Deborah Kossel; his stepchildren, Roger Chapman, Sandra Lilly, Kathy Pack, Michael Chapman and Beth Matherly; and his stepsiblings, Rob Britton and Debbie Johnson. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, as well as extended family members and friends.
