She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Ray Allen and Florence Lee Allen; and her significant other Robert L. Carter. She is survived by: her sons, Mark (Amy) of Morgantown, WV and Jeff (Deanna) of Morgantown, WV; and her grandchildren, Jordan Carter and Lauren Carter. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
