He was predeceased by: his parents, Esta Brook Clemons of Beckley and Floyd C. Terry; and his brothers, Kendall Terry of Lester, Gene Terry (Bernice) of Beckley, Norris Terry (Gerry) of Lester, Tilden Terry of Beckley and Jewel Deck (Jack) of Mabscott, WV..
He is survived by: his wife Lucy C. Terry of Beckley; his children, Melonie Ann Terry of Beckley and Daniel "Scott" Terry of Sherrills Ford, NC; his sisters, Gloria Webb (Harold) of Lynchburg, VA and Teresa Acord (Robert) of Maple Meadow, WV; his sister-in-law Gladola Terry of Lester; and his pet Pepper.
In lieu of flowers, the Terry family kindly requests donations be made to the Beckley Dream Center at 224 Pinewood Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 in Buford's honor, to further serve the community he loved.
