She is survived by: her daughter Diann Collins (Roy) of Clear Creek; her great grandchildren, Stacy, Leann, Katlyn, Emily, Chelsie Williams, Jacob, Andrea, Rachel, London England, Luke Jenkins and Kaylee Dunbar; her sister Helen Blevins (Jim); and her son Dennie.
