She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles M. Bunting and Helen A. Bunting; her husband Billy L. Payne; her great grandchild Haley Jones; and her siblings, Norma and Terry.
She is survived by: her sons, Billy Payne (Sandra) and Madison Payne (Matt) of Kincaid; and her siblings, Tena (James Dent), Milton Bunting of Ohio and Michael Bunting of Beckley. She is also survived by granddaughters and nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Gethsemane Memorial Gardens (2150 Pea Ridge Rd, Oak Hill, WV 25901).
