He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Matthew Lucas (Alaina) of Jacksonville and Joshua Adam Lucas of Flat Top; his granddaughter Faye Lucas of Jacksonville, Florida; his brother Wayne Lucas (Stephanie) of Cool Ridge; his nephew Tyler Lucas (Kayla) of Shady Spring; his great-nephew Dawson Lucas; and the mother of his children Lorie Meadows of Flat Top.
