He is survived by: his wife Judy Hamrick Hicks; his children, Renee Hicks, Matt Hicks (Melanie) and Jason Hicks (Kimi); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Tyler, Levi and Kamryn; and his great grandchild Makenna.
