She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Young and Carmen Young; her husband Sam Houck; her children, Jeff Houck, Freddie Persinger, Sammy Dale Houck, Judy Keaton, Cathy Redden and Theresa Dawson; her siblings, Billy, Leon Young, Charlotte Hicks and Gail Webb; her son-in-law Rodney Redden; her grandchildren-in-law, Joshua Toma and Kimberly Persinger; and her brothers, Sammy Young (Sharon), Richard Young and Bobby Young.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Kinder (Earl); her granddaughter Cynthia Houck-Toma (Sean Meredith); her great grandchildren, Kholton, Logan, Jacy, Brody, Dezirae and Christine; her sisters, Tammy Carter, Linda Miller (Ron) and Christie Cummings; her brother-in-law Mike Webb; her grandchildren, Henry Dawson (Amalia), Mike Newton (Ashley), Kristie Lewis (Brodrick), Lora Horrocks (Jimmy), Mandy Redden, Sam Persinger (Crystal), Jeffrey Persinger and Christopher Persinger; her nieces, Lisa Barnabi, Connie Rhodes and Miranda Miller; her close friend Ocie Helton; and her caregiver Katie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives, and friends.
