She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Maynard and Mary Joseph "Mamie" Fenton Polhamus; her husband Howard Bayrle Link; her children, Howard Bayrle Link, II and Kitty Kayrl Kaplan; her siblings, Mary Bonner, Kitty Rudolph and Tommy Polhamus; and her stepsiblings, Margaret Myers and Brig.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Louise Whitman (Richard C.) of Beckley, WV; and her grandchildren, Brian Whitman (Nancy) of Acworth, GA, David Kaplan (Lindsay) of Fort Collins, CO, Samuel Kaplan of Huntington, WV and Julie Kukreja (Brijesh) of Algonquin, IL. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren.
