He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Boone and Emily Irene Qualls (Morris). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Qualls (Fridley); his children, Elizabeth Geyer (Stephen), Kelly Crawford (Dennis), John Qualls (Heidi) and Emily Lucas (Joe); his grandchildren, Nathan Collette (Larissa) of Scott Geyer, D. J, Kaitlyn Collette, Curt, Paige Pierce (Derrick), David Shifflett (Kayleigh), Daniel Crawford, Kali, Colton Lucas, Sydney, Allison Collette, Rachel Crawford, Jacob, Morgan Qualls, Seth and Mason Qualls; his great grandchildren, Trenton, Tucker, Rylee Collette, Amelia Kaminski, Paislee, Kynlee Pierce and Bailey Geyer; and his sister June Angiulli (Ralph). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
