He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Madaline Gordon (Simmons); his grandchild Ryan Wilt; and his siblings, Linda Bosley, Debra Slaubaugh and David Richard Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Louise Gordon (Delaney); his children, Amy Johnson (Marshall) of Wardensville, John Gordon (Ashley Anderson) of Bayard and Richard Gordon (Brittany) of Wardensville; his grandchildren, Alisa Hahn (Matthew), Autumn Gordon, Summer Coddington (Larry), Hannah Williams (Seth), Liberty Gordon, Kirsten Johnson, Diana Gordon, Myla Gordon, Thomas Gordon and Lena Gordon; his goddaughter Shannon Hatzigeorgalis; and his sisters, Melinda Smith (Leonard) and Belinda Wilson. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hinkle-Fenner Funeral Home (567 Thomas Ave, Davis, WV 26260). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
