She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Eugene and Delores Catherine Forman (Cosner); her husband Lonnie R. Stieringer; and her brother Jeffrey Forman. She is survived by: her children, Carl Stieringer (Lori) of Kitzmiller, MD, Lena Schell (Jason) of Elk Garden, WV, Brianna Shepard-Schell of Blythewood, SC, Connie Herman (Buddy) and Ann Ringenberg of Waldorf, MD; her pets, Fuzzy and Cuddles; and her caregivers, Crystal, John and Lee Hauser. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
