Loran Hawk Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loran Hawk (Bayard, West Virginia), who passed away on September 28, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Hawk and Nellie Hawk (Cosner); his former wife Ellen Belle Hawk; his son John Hawk; and his siblings, Eugene Hawk, DeWayne "Jake" Hawk, Ruth Janoski and Dorothy Hoeck.
He is survived by: his wife Claretta "Jean" Hawk; his children, Jolane Armentrout, Therese Hawk and Regenia Swanson; his stepchildren, Rick Minnick, Norman Minnick, Patty Chapman, Jeff Minnick and Rhonda Minnick; his grandchildren, Matthew Armentrout, Christopher Armentrout, Joshua Armentrout, Stephanie Edwards, Erika Edwards, Brandon Edwards, Roy Hawk, Makenzi Swanson, Jordan Swanson and Ryan Swanson; his stepgrandchildren, Chad Minnick, Keli Minnick, Mickey Chapman, III, Michael Chapman, Nicole Ashby and Matthew Morgan; and his siblings, Larry Hawk (Stella), Jerry Hawk, Sylvia Fulatyer and Sandy Waybright. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 virus, only family members will be received at the Locust Grove Church in Mount Storm on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
