It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Cosner (Bayard, West Virginia), who passed away on November 4, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin David and Gladys Cosner (Kitzmiller); and his sister Victoria Cosner.
