He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard H. Winter and Beverly Short Small of Durant, Florida.; his daughters, Jessica Lynn Webb (Donald) of Thornton and Taylor Dawn Johnson (Brandon Fitzpatrick) of Margarette; his siblings, Kim Shukavsky (Todd) of New Jersey, Eric Winter (Denise) of New Jersey, Elaine of Florida and Joan Melton (Elizabeth Toothman) of Buchannon; his grandson Jayden Weber; his sister Marsha Johnson; and his adoptive parents, Howard Johnson and Susan Carr Johnson. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Masters Funeral Home (209 E Main St, Mannington, WV 26582).
