He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Perkins and Helen Perkins; his daughter Trisha Beth Perkins; his siblings, Charlie, Tom Perkins and Florence Ogden; his sisters-in-law, Peg and Carol Perkins; and his parents-in-law, Elizabeth Pyles and Emory Pyles.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Lindsey Domico (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Ella Domico and Anthony "A. J."; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Perkins and Ira Ogden.
