She is survived by: her spouse Claude Church; her son Donnie Church (Lisa) of Tazewell, VA; and her siblings, Donald Kennedy (Frances) of Oozley, Coburn Kennedy (Billy) of Nashville, TN, Kathy Jewell (Connie) of Oozley, Bonnie Vance (Ricky) of Pineville, WV, Arlene Davis (Raymond) of Nashville, TN, Pauline Vance of Welch and Shan Vance of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own, and numerous cousins.
