She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Janet Addair Adams of Bartley, WV and Arvel Adams; her siblings, Lucille Owens, Addie Belle "Tiny" Walters, Imagene Adams and Eugene Adams; her grandchildren, Abigail Elizabeth Payne and Lyndsie Grace Blankenship; her husband Michael Wayne Keene of Bartley, WV; her daughters, Jessica Michaelle Blankenship (Bradley) of Raysal, WV and Heather Elizabeth Payne (Wesley) of Yukon, WV.; her siblings, Karen Sue Hale of Oakwood, VA, Beatrice L Adams of Bartley, WV, Janet Diann Tedford (Randy) of Raven, VA, Dean Adams of War, WV and Keith Adams (Sonia) of Bartley, WV.; and her grandchildren, Lillie Blankenship, Lexie Blankenship, Connor Payne, Aislyn Payne and Elsa Adams. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home of Keen Mountain after 6:00 p. m. where evening services will be held at 7:00 p. m. In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing practicing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
