She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayes and Orpha Belle Deskins Addair; her husband Arvel Adams; her children, Imogene, Eugene Adams, Addie Belle "Tiny" Walters and Lynn Keene; her brothers, Ervin Addair, Edgar Addair, Charlie Addair, Herman Addair, Bernard Addair, Kyle Addair and Raleigh Addair; her grandmother Sparks; and her children-in-law, Billy Hale and Delores Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Sue Hale of Grundy, VA, Beatrice "Lorraine" Adams of Bartley, WV, Janet Diane "Ann" Tedford (Randy) of Raven, VA, Arvel "Dean" Adams of War, WV and Keith Dwayne Adams (Sonia) of Bartley, WV; her brothers, Leon Addair (Mary) of Garland, WV and Kenneth "Eugene" Addair (Rosie) of Abberdean, MD.; her grandchildren, Billy, Jason, Jamie, Jessica, Heather, Dedra, Kevin, Thomas, Kayla, Deena, Megan and Kendra; her sons-in-law, Mickey Keene and John Walters; and her siblings-in-law, Beauletta McMillian, Meldia Addair and Carlous Adams. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
