He is survived by: his father Frenchie Hess Sr.; his children, Cynthia Ann Hess of Chester, WV and Winston Hess of Chester; and his sisters, Rosie Keen (Fred) of Bartley, Loretta Roe (Donald) of Welch and Macie Perkins of Anchorage, Alaska. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
