She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Roscoe Hawk and Nellie Marie Hawk (Cosner); her husband Steve Fulayter; her children, Joseph Fulayter, Steven Bradley "Brad" Fulayter, Richard Fulayter and Ann Fulayter; and her siblings, Dorothy Hoeck, Ruth Janoske, Arvella Hawk, Harold "Gene" Hawk, Dewayne "Jake" Hawk and Loran "Lon" Hawk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine "Kathy" Hursey (John Hursey) of Barrackville and Janet Fulayter of Barrackville; her grandchildren, Haley Hursey (Ashley Hursey) of Fairmont, Samuel Hursey (Tegan Hursey) of Fairmont and Serea Marie Fulayter; her great grandchild Harper Rose Hursey; and her siblings, Larry Hawk (Stella) of Grafton, Jerry Hawk of Mt. Storm and Sandra Waybright (Bernard) of Broadway, VA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
