He is survived by: his wife Christine Louise Arnett Starcher; his daughter Dawn Starcher Menefee (James "Jimmy") of Midway, GA; his stepchildren, Larry Thompson (Brenda) of Fairmont, Robert "Robbie" Hixon (Rosa) of Fairmont, WV, Steven "Stevie" Hixon and Rachella "Shellie" Hixon Wood (Aaron) of Republic, MO; his grandchildren, Aliyah Starcher Merritt Barefield (Elijah "Eli"), Evan Hootman, Leanna Hixon, Caleb Angeline (Cheyenne Myers), Destiny Donley, Caylee Hixon, Serena Hixon, Bailey Hixon and Connor Hixon; his great grandchildren, John Ryder Drain and Weston Angeline; and his siblings, Cody Starcher, Kathy Starcher Ice (Rick) and Brad Starcher (Brenda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as friends.
